Forgetting your password can be frustrating, but resetting it is a simple process. Follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access to your account.
1. Open your web browser and go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Enter your 4finance account email address and the characters in the picture to prove you're not a robot.
3. Select the option "I forgot my password" and then select the option "Text on my mobile phone" to receive a verification code.
4. Enter your phone number and wait a few seconds for the verification code to be sent to you by Microsoft.
5. Once you receive the verification code, enter it into the appropriate field and then create a new password.
6. Make sure that your new password meets the following parameters: it should be at least 10 characters long and include uppercase characters, digits from 0 to 9, and nonalphanumeric characters.
7. If your password meets all the requirements, you will receive a confirmation message. You can now try logging in to your computer with your new password.
